Joyaavo provides digital services only. No physical product is shipped.

After successful payment, business listing plans, sponsored visibility, promotion credits, or other paid digital features are activated digitally in the business owner dashboard.

Activation Timeline

Service activation may be instant or may take up to 24 hours depending on verification, technical processing, or payment confirmation.

Failed Activation

If a paid feature does not appear in your dashboard within the expected activation window, contact support and include your payment reference details.
