Refund and Adjustment Terms

Payments made for business listing plans, sponsored promotions, platform promotion credits, or other digital services are generally non-refundable once the service is activated, promotion is published, or credits are used.

If payment is deducted but the plan, service, or promotion credits are not activated, the user may contact Joyaavo support within 7 days. After verification, Joyaavo may provide service activation, credit adjustment, or refund where applicable.

Non-Transferability Notice

Promotion credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable. Used promotion credits cannot be refunded.
