Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Joyaavo digital services and platform promotion credits.
Overview
Payments made for business listing plans, sponsored promotions, platform credits, or other digital services are generally non-refundable once the service is activated, promotion is published, or credits are used.
Eligible Refund Cases
If payment is deducted but the plan, service, or credits are not activated, the user may contact Joyaavo support within 7 days. After verification, Joyaavo may provide service activation, credit adjustment, or refund where applicable.
Non-refundable Cases
Promotion credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable. Used credits cannot be refunded.
Cancellation & Refund Timeline
Cancellation
You may request cancellation only if the paid service or credits have not been activated/used. Once activated or used, refunds may not be available.
Refund Timeline
Refund eligibility is reviewed after verification. If eligible, Joyaavo will process the refund where applicable according to the payment provider’s timelines.
